SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Where We Ship — We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or other destinations, contact us before ordering for a custom freight quote.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

 

Parcel shipping: smaller items (heaters, accessories) ship via standard ground carriers. Free on orders over $99.

 

Curbside freight: large items (pergolas, kitchens, saunas, fire tables) ship via freight carrier to the end of your driveway. Included in the listed price unless otherwise noted.

 

White-glove delivery: delivery to your backyard or patio, placement, and packaging removal. Complimentary on orders over $2,999; available as a paid upgrade on other freight orders.

 

3. Lead Times — Each product page lists its current lead time. As a general guide: in-stock parcel items ship in 3–7 business days; freight items ship in 1–3 weeks; made-to-order structures ship in 3–6 weeks. Lead times begin when your order is confirmed and are estimates, not guarantees. We'll email you tracking information the moment your order ships.

 

4. Freight Delivery — What to Expect

 

The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window in advance.

 

An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

 

Curbside means curbside: the driver is not required to bring items up a driveway, into a garage, or through a gate unless you've selected white-glove service.

 

5. Inspect Before You Sign — Important — Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect all packaging for visible damage. If you see any damage: note it in writing on the delivery receipt ("carton crushed, possible damage," for example), photograph the packaging and any visible product damage, and contact us within 48 hours at support@avarozoutdoor.com. Following these steps protects your claim and lets us resolve damage quickly with a repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement, at no cost to you. If damage is severe, you may refuse the delivery; note the reason on the receipt and contact us immediately.

 

6. Concealed Damage — If you discover damage after opening the packaging, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs. We'll work with the manufacturer and carrier to make it right.

 

7. Missed Deliveries & Address Changes — Freight carriers may charge redelivery or storage fees for missed appointments, which are the customer's responsibility. Address changes after shipment may incur carrier rerouting fees. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
