Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Short version: 30 days on most unused items in original packaging. Custom and made-to-order items can't be returned. Freight damage is handled separately, and fully covered, under our Shipping Policy.

 

  1. Return Window — Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all components, hardware, and manuals included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-configured or made-to-order products (custom sizes, finishes, or configurations)
  • - Products that have been installed, assembled, or used
  • - Clearance or final-sale items marked as such at purchase

3. How to Start a Return — Email support@avarozoutdoor.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.

 

4. Return Shipping & Restocking — Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and freight-shipped items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover carrier and handling costs. We'll tell you the exact amount, if any, before you ship anything back.

 

5. Refund Processing — Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping charges (including white-glove upgrades) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Products — If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, that's on us, not you. Follow the inspection steps in our Shipping Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

 

7. Order Cancellations — Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this return policy. Custom and made-to-order items can only be cancelled before production begins.
